Noureen DeWulf was born on 28 February 1984 at New York City. The actress always displayed a large deal of interest in acting. As she attended Boston University's School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to build the foundations for her professional future. Noureen started auditioning for roles shortly after her graduation. In 2005, she got an important part in a movie titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various other film festivals around the world following its premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2005. Furthermore it won an Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 Academy Awards, and set the way for Noureen DeWulf's future successes. Noureen has appeared on TV series like Girlfriends, Chuck, and Outsourced. In 1999, she became well-known after garnering worldwide recognition and praise due to her performance as a character in American Beauty. Then, she starred on the screen in Ghost World (2001), the film was met with great acclaim and brought her a Golden Globe nod.
