Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th day of February, 1984 in New York City. She has always shown great interest in becoming an actress. The path to her career started as she enrolled in an acting class at School of the Arts at Boston University. Her career started after she graduated. Her first auditions were for different roles. Her most notable role was in the 2005 film West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its premier at the Sundance Film Festival of 2005 in addition to being presented at numerous other festivals. Also, it received the Oscar nod for Best Live Action Short Film in the 79th Annual Academy Awards ceremony in 2007. It was the start of Noureen DeWulf's fame. Noureen was a part of a variety of TV programs, like Girlfriends Num3rs Chuck or Outsourced. Also, she has played minor or significant roles in Hollywood movies like Ocean's Thirteen The Comebacks Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, The Back-up Plan as well as The Comebacks. When she was a child the actress appeared in a variety of films in the 90s such as All I Want For Christmas (1991), Patriot Games (1992), Hocus Pocus ( 1993), Now and Then( 1995) and Alaska( 1997). In the aftermath of receiving global recognition and praise in 1999, for her role as American Beauty, she rose to fame. In 2001, she was as a character in Ghost World (2001), an award-winning film and earned her a Golden Globe nod.
